Google Play 遊戲存檔
登入:應用程式開啟時會自動嘗試登入 Google Play 遊戲;沒有登入時,可以在皇冠頁按〔登入 Google Play 遊戲〕。這個應用程式沒有自己的帳號系統。
存在哪裡:你自己 Google 帳號裡的 Play 遊戲存檔,由 Google 保管;開發者讀不到,也沒有副本(Google 的說明:「Your Play Games Services enabled game can only read/write the authenticated player's data for that game.」)。
在 Google 那邊刪除:你也可以在 Google Play 遊戲或 Google 帳戶刪除 Google 為遊戲保存的資料(Google 的說明:「Users can delete their account and all associated games data collected by Google through their Play Games profile or Google MyAccount.」)。
The developer collects no data about you. The app has no accounts of its own, and the developer runs no server. When you are signed in to Google Play Games, your points are kept in your own Google account (Play Games saved games), where the developer cannot read them (see "Google Play Games saved games").
The app shows Google AdMob ads: to serve them, Google's ad code collects the data listed under "Ads" below and handles it under Google's own policies.
In-app purchases are paid through Google Play; neither the app nor the developer gets your payment details (see "Purchases").
What the developer collects
Nothing. The developer runs no server, and the app never sends your settings, play history, or anything you type to the developer.
Specifically, the developer does not receive any of the following:
Name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
Contacts, photos, videos, files, or calendar
Microphone or camera
Your settings, play history, ratings, or quiz password
Data collected by the ad code is received and handled by Google; see the next section.
Ads (Google AdMob)
Where ads appear
A banner ad along the bottom of the screen.
After every few game entries (roughly the 6th to the 10th), when a round next ends naturally and its result is on screen, an "Ad starting soon" notice shows for about 1.5 seconds and then a full-screen ad appears; the next-step buttons (such as Play again) appear after you close it. If you tap the screen, press Back or leave the app before that, it is skipped and moved to a later round. No ad appears when you enter a game, and two of the games (情報員靠邊站, 海龜湯) never show this ad.
When you come back to the app after it has been in the background for more than 60 seconds, a full-screen ad may appear (at most once every 4 hours; never right when you first open the app).
When you yourself tap the "watch an ad, get 1 point" button (看一則廣告,得 1 點) on the crown page, a video ad plays; watch it to the end and you get 1 point, up to 10 times a day. If you don't tap it, it never plays.
When you open the Lucky Spinner (🎡 幸運轉盤) from the crown page and tap "watch an ad to spin" (看廣告轉一次), a video ad of the same kind plays; the wheel spins only after you watch it to the end, up to 3 spins a day. These ads do not count toward the 10 above and do not give that 1 point. If you don't tap it, it never plays.
During a "no full-screen ads" period that you got with points, neither kind of full-screen ad above appears; the banner ad still shows.
If you own the standard pack, or during a trial pack: no app-open, interstitial or banner ads appear. Rewarded ads that you tap for yourself (watch an ad for a point, the Lucky Spinner) are still available and the ad code still starts, so "What Google's ad code collects" below still applies to you.
What Google's ad code collects (as published by Google)
Device and account identifiers: the Android advertising ID, the app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to accounts signed in on the device
Approximate location: estimated from your IP address. This is not GPS; the app has no location permission.
App interactions: for example app launches, taps, and video ad views
Diagnostics: performance of the app and the ad code, such as launch time, hang rate, and energy use
It is used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, and it is encrypted in transit with TLS.
Regions where consent is required (for example the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland)
The app first shows Google's consent screen (Google User Messaging Platform). Until you make a choice, or it is confirmed that your region does not need one, the app does not start loading ads.
What you can control
Reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's system settings (the location varies by device; usually Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
To change the choices you made on the consent screen: in the app, go to Settings (設定) → Other (其他) → Ad privacy options (廣告隱私權選項). This row appears only in regions where consent is required; it is normal not to see it elsewhere.
You can also go to your device's Settings → Apps → Party Games → Storage → Clear data. Your consent choices are cleared with it, and the next time you open the app you are asked again where required. This also clears everything the app stores on your device, including your points (see "What the app stores on your device"; if you are signed in to Google Play Games, your points come back from your Play Games saved game).
With no network, the games still work.
What the app stores on your device
The following is stored on your device. When you are signed in to Google Play Games, your points, when a "no full-screen ads" period ends, and the random number are also copied to your own Play Games saved game (see "Google Play Games saved games"); apart from that, nothing here reaches the developer or any third party, and the rest stays on this device only.
Stored
Why
Your settings
Appearance, text size, speech rate, chosen voice, per-game options
Play history
Which levels you have played, how often you played each game, and how the Lucky Spinner last broke
Your ratings
So you can see what you rated before
Quiz password
The one you set yourself, stored as plain text
A random number
A random string generated on your device the first time you open the app. It stops the same item being rated twice, and marks your points record as belonging to this device. It contains no personal information; when you are signed in to Google Play Games it is saved with your points in your own Play Games saved game, which the developer cannot see.
Game-entry count
Decides after which entry the next full-screen ad is due; it appears at the next natural end of a round
Fonts you import
The font file you picked, copied into the app's own folder
Points
How many you earned and spent, what you unlocked with them, and what you already earned today (opening the app, rounds finished, ads watched, how many times you spun the Lucky Spinner today, how many points it gave and where it last stopped)
When "no full-screen ads" ends
When the period you got with points runs out
Time of the last ad on returning to the app
Makes "at most once every 4 hours" work
Video ads watched but not yet counted
If the app is closed at the very moment you finish a video, you get that 1 point the next time you open the app
Purchase status
Which in-app purchase you bought and when you bought the trial pack — only a copy of what Google Play reports, so it still works offline; it holds no payment details and not your Google account
Uninstalling the app deletes all of it from your device. The developer holds no backup. If you are signed in to Google Play Games, your points and what you unlocked with them come back from your own Play Games saved game; in-app purchases are kept by Google Play, and reinstalling with the same Google account restores them.
Google's ad code also stores its own data on your device (for example the choices you made on the consent screen), handled under Google's policies.
Android system backup: if system backup is on for your device, Android may back this on-device data up to your own Google account and restore it when you reinstall. That backup lives in your account; the developer cannot see it, and you can manage or turn it off in your device's system settings.
Network
The games themselves need no network. All question banks ship inside the install file, so everything works offline.
The network is used for three things: Google's ad code connects to Google's servers to load ads; for in-app purchases the app asks Google Play to confirm and restore your purchases (Google Play's purchase components also connect to Google); when you are signed in to Google Play Games, the app signs in and reads and writes your Play Games saved game through Google Play Games Services (see "Google Play Games saved games").
The app does not connect to any server of the developer's; the developer has none.
Text-to-speech
Several games can read text aloud. Please read this part carefully:
Speech uses your device's own speech engine (Android text-to-speech), not a service of ours and not a third-party service.
The text read aloud is game content built into the app. It is not your personal data.
To be honest about the limit: once we hand the text to the speech engine you selected, what happens to that text is up to that engine. Some engines (Google's, for example) may send text to the cloud to synthesize it. That is outside our control, and that engine's own privacy policy applies. You can see which engine you use, and switch to a fully offline one, under Settings → System → Languages & input → Text-to-speech.
So that reading can finish after you turn the screen off, the app starts a foreground service and keeps the device awake while it reads. These are used only for reading aloud and collect and send no data.
Speech does not use the microphone. Text-to-speech reads words out; it does not listen to you. This app has never requested microphone permission, and you can confirm that in your system permission settings.
Permissions the app declares
In versions after 1.2, the app itself never shows a permission prompt. (Version 1.2 and earlier asked for the notification permission when reading aloud; later versions no longer ask.)
In a few cases (for example tapping an ad while offline) Google's ad code may ask for the notification permission. That is Google's code, not the app itself.
Permission
Purpose
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
The ad code connects to load ads; Google Play's in-app purchase components also connect to Google; Google Play Games Services connects to Google to read and write your saved game
The app itself uses them to keep reading aloud after the screen turns off. Components brought in by the ad code also declare FOREGROUND_SERVICE and WAKE_LOCK
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Android requires a foreground service to post a notification, so the permission is declared. The app itself never requests it at runtime; the "reading aloud" notification is visible only if you turn on this app's notifications yourself in system settings
com.android.vending.BILLING
Google Play in-app purchases
This app does not request: microphone, camera, location (neither precise nor approximate location permission), contacts, storage, or phone.
Children
This app targets users 13 and older. It is not designed for children.
Some content (three of the Soup game's theme packs) carries a suspenseful, mildly scary tone. The content rating reflects this, and parents can decide accordingly.
Purchases
The app offers two Google Play in-app purchases:
Standard pack (one-time purchase): permanently unlocks every game, every feature and every look (including ones added later), and removes the app-open, interstitial and banner ads. Paid question packs are not included.
Time-limited trial pack (1 day): unlocks everything (including all question packs) for the period and shows no app-open, interstitial or banner ads during it. It does not renew automatically; when it ends, the look returns to the default, and you can buy it again whenever you like.
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; neither the app nor the developer receives or stores your payment details (card number and so on). The app only records on your device what you bought and when you bought the trial pack, and asks Google Play to confirm and restore your purchases (on a new device or after reinstalling, the same Google account restores them); this check does not pass through any server of the developer (the app has none). After a refund, the app returns to the unpurchased state the next time it reaches Google Play; the trial pack simply ends when its time is up.
Points in the app can only be earned by opening the app, playing, and watching ads (including the Lucky Spinner). They cannot be bought with money and cannot be exchanged for money.
Google Play Games saved games
Signing in: the app tries to sign in to Google Play Games automatically when it opens; if you are not signed in, you can tap "Sign in to Google Play Games" (登入 Google Play 遊戲) on the crown page. The app has no accounts of its own.
What is saved: your points record (how many you earned and spent, what you unlocked with them, and what each device already earned today), when a "no full-screen ads" period ends, and each device's random number; plus a separate "reset record" holding only how many times you reset, when, and a random number. It holds no name, contact details or payment details.
Where it is kept: in the Play Games saved games of your own Google account, kept by Google; the developer cannot read it and keeps no copy (Google: "Your Play Games Services enabled game can only read/write the authenticated player's data for that game.").
Data Google handles: Google Play Games Services handles your player identity (gamertag, avatar) under Google's own policies, and collects analytics and diagnostics data to keep its components stable; it is encrypted in transit with HTTPS.
Earning points needs a connection: while you are signed in, the app checks with Google before giving points for opening the app, finishing a round, watching an ad, or the Lucky Spinner. With no connection it says "No connection, cannot get points" (網路不通,無法取得點數), and the 5 points for opening the app are given when you come back to the app online. If the connection is down before an ad, the ad does not play; if it drops after you finish watching, that 1 point is added once you are back online.
When you are not signed in: your points and what you unlocked stay on this device only; the app tells you so and shows how to sign in. Purchases are not affected. If you signed in on this device before and later signed out, you need to sign in again to earn points.
Deleting: on the crown page, tap "Delete game save" (刪除遊戲存檔; needs a connection). Your points saved game in the cloud is replaced with an empty one, the cloud keeps only the reset record above, and the save on this device is deleted too; your other devices on the same account are cleared the next time they sync. Purchases are not affected. If this device goes offline before the app confirms that the deletion reached the cloud, the deletion is sent when this device next comes online — and points your other devices earned in the meantime are cleared too. The app asks you to keep this device online and stay on that page until it shows the deletion is done.
Deleting on Google's side: you can also delete the data Google keeps for games from Google Play Games or your Google Account (Google: "Users can delete their account and all associated games data collected by Google through their Play Games profile or Google MyAccount.").
Sharing and selling data
The developer shares, sells, and trades no data, because the developer holds none of yours. Data collected by the ad code is handled by Google; see "Ads" above. Purchase payments are handled by Google Play; see "Purchases" above. Your Play Games saved game is kept by Google in your own account; see "Google Play Games saved games" above.
Under Google Play's Data safety categories, this data sent to Google by the ad code counts as collected and shared. Under the same categories, the data the app saves to your Play Games saved game through Google Play Games Services, and the player identity the service handles, count as collected.
Data retention and deletion
The developer: runs no server and keeps none of your data, so there is nothing to delete.
Data stored on your device: stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it (see "Your rights").
Your Play Games saved game: kept in your own Google account until you tap "Delete game save" (刪除遊戲存檔), or delete games data from Google Play Games or your Google Account (see "Google Play Games saved games").
Data collected by Google's ad code: kept and deleted by Google under its own policies; see the Google Privacy Policy.
Security in transit: the app sends no data to the developer; data the ad code sends to Google is encrypted with TLS, and Play Games Services data is sent over HTTPS.
Your rights
To delete what the app stores on your device: uninstall the app, or go to Settings → Apps → Party Games → Storage → Clear data.
To delete your Play Games saved game: tap "Delete game save" (刪除遊戲存檔) on the crown page, or delete games data from Google Play Games or your Google Account (see "Google Play Games saved games").
To see that data: your settings and imported fonts are visible in the app's settings screens.
Advertising ID: reset or delete it in your device's system settings (see "Ads").
Data Google receives: handled under Google's Privacy Policy; you can exercise your rights with the tools Google provides.
You do not need to send the developer a request. The developer holds nothing of yours to give you or to delete.
Changes to this policy
If the app later gains another feature that transmits data (an online question bank), we will update this policy and its date first, before that version ships.
